Order Fulfilment:

Orders for Switzerland, Europe and the United States are fulfilled from our warehouses in Zurich and Barcelona, depending on destination and product availability.

 

Shipping Costs:

Switzerland:

• Free shipping on orders over CHF 55
• Flat-rate shipping of CHF 8 for orders below CHF 55

Europe:

• Free shipping on orders over EUR 90
• Flat-rate shipping of EUR 12 for orders below EUR 90

United States:

• Free shipping on orders over USD 120
• Flat-rate shipping of USD 18 for orders below USD 120
• Duties covered by Pure Layers on orders over $120

 

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier and external factors.

As a general guideline:

• Switzerland: 5–6 business days
• Europe: 5–6 business days
• United States: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Customs & Delays:

PURE LAYERS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For deliveries outside Switzerland or the European Union, including the United States, any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
