Refund policy

 

Underwear & Socks:

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty, damaged or you have received an incorrect item.

 

 

Orders Shipped to Switzerland & the United States:

Exchanges:

You may request a size or style exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Returns & Refunds:

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if they are unsuitable or do not fit. Refunds are also available for faulty or incorrect items.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Be sent using a tracked shipping service. Pure Layers cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@purelayers.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

Once the issue has been verified, Pure Layers will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

 

Important Information:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges associated with international returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer.
