Refund policy

Underwear & Socks

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks may only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, unused and the original hygiene seal remains intact.

If the hygiene seal has been removed or broken, the item cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Have the hygiene seal intact, where applicable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Pure Layers cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the item received was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@purelayers.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable.

Once the issue has been verified, Pure Layers will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

International Returns:

For international returns and exchanges, any customs duties, taxes or import charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the country where you reside.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
